Starting the solution

Starting the solution means focus on the third and fourth quadrant rather than first and second of brown cow model which make links towards physical world, from policy to technology, from problem to solution; from purpose to design, where in the fourth quadrant, we begin the design of solution to the business problem.

Iterative development

This process depends on frequent releases of software to test the design suitability. In some cases, this process become time consuming due to lack of actual understanding of problem by the stakeholders. Basically, the actual need for this process depend on how you and your stakeholders identify the actual need of the solution instead of giving priority how you are developing software.

Essential Business

The word essential business relates to essence of the business which refer above the horizontal line that divides the ‘how’ and the ‘what’. These views show the what-now and the future-what quadrants. The reason for spending time above the line is to discover the real problem and avoid. By essential business means you must gain proper knowledge about functional and non-functional requirements regarding work you have been studying. The functional needs can be described in form of business use case which is collection of atomic functional requirement that need to be address before solution discussion where knowledge of nonfunctional requirements also essential to look for valuable solution.

Determine the Extent of the product

This process means understanding the deeply process of business use case and it become easy to make adjustment how much of it will be done by the product. In simple words, it is understanding the work and then automating part of it, that we achieve a seamless fit between the automated product and work.

Adjacent System and External technology


The adjacent systems are those pieces of work that supply your work with information or that receive information and services from your work. An adjacent system might be an organization, an individual, a computer system or some other piece of technology, or a combination of any of these. Active adjacent can interact with or participate in the work because they are usually humans. Example of an active adjacent system bank customer interacting with the bank.

An autonomous adjacent system is some external body, such as another company, a government department, or a customer who is not directly interacting with your work. It acts independently of, or unconstrained by, the work being studied, but has connections to it. Autonomous adjacent systems communicate through one-way data flows.

Product use case scenario

The product use case scenario shows the steps that will be part of the product. It contains all the rules about business that need to respond to a business event, whereas the corresponding product use case contains only those business rules to be implemented in the product. Determine how much of the business use case is to be implemented as the product. The result is the product use case, which you can describe using a product use case scenario.

    I want to give explanation of adjacent system and external technology. As both have a great role in the projects. when we talk to extend the product boundary as close as possible to the real origin of business event than its mean we are often inside the adjacent system. considering the nature and technology of adjacent system which will help to determine your product on which you are going to do the work. it has main three type:
    1. Active adjacent system
    2. Autonomous adjacent system
    3. Cooperative adjacent system
    now if i talk about external technology then it impact the business operations. it is an important method used by many firms to higher the economic returns.

  2. I want to talk about product use case scenario. It shows that the interaction between the end user and a product or service. Although these cases are most commonly used in technology settings, these demonstrations can help effectively convey benefits to customers. The purpose of these cases are used in system analysis to identify, clarify and organize system requirements. The PUC is made up of a set of possible interactions between the business and products.

  3. As we all know innovation in this world is most important. Because without innovation newer product will be much similar to the old one. In the actual world innovation means think in the different way to find the solution of the problem in the much better way or find the new and much better way to do work. In the project management we are using innovation trigger which helps to find the fresh and the better solution of the problem.
    These triggers are: Convenience, Connections, Information and Feeling
