As My team member stated the role of underlying competencies in business. It includes different type of features such as analytical thinking and problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills, business knowledge and behavioral characteristics is also an important feature comes under BA competencies. According to me, i defined underlying competencies as an individual's capability to do a job. This term has a main focus not only on what person can do but also what person can learn from their job and work experience. It includes motivation, self-knowledge and willingness to demonstrate effective performance. For overall idea, this term is way of getting knowledge about the behavior of workers or employers, we can find a solution of different problems and improvement in communication skills by doing conversation with each other during projects is a part of underlying competency as well.
